Members have an opportunity to engage in multiple cross training conditioning activities all integrated in one workout. These activities may be conducted indoors or outdoors and will include ‘body shift’, athletic drills (speed, agility and quickness drills), resistance training, functional training (implementing tubing, stability balls and medicine balls), floor structural exercises, hill running, core stabilisation training, trx suspension training, aqua conditioning & swimming, cardio equipment training and stretching.

The Shift Class
The 'inter-connective' advance movement class targeting ladies with extended personal training experience. The emphasis is integrating all the physical movement dimensions, focussing on conscious structural involvement and creating personal 'in touch' awareness.

Yoga
Our 'Hatha' classes at Quinntessential are tailor-made for your individual needs. You might, for example, need an energizing class or a more relaxed session or even an hour focused on one particular ailment in your body that is causing your body tension or stress. We intuitively assess what you need most and then adjust every session and the postures used accordingly. Our classes are made up of asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques developed to bring you into balance and promote health, wholeness & happiness.

CoreFlex
This hybrid training system is characterised by its slow and controlled limber-stretch body movements on various planes and movement dimensions. It progresses to various forms of core stabilisation techniques derived from, 'suspended'- core training techniques, adapted "yoga" movements, functional integration training-stretching techniques.

Each member is challenged to realign their bodies continuously as the movement planes change, concentrating on functional breathing techniques throughout the movements. This will provide functional activation of the abdominal and back muscles for support and to provide a base of strength output.
