Trainer Performance Proficiency
FITCO has placed Quality Trainer Performance as a number one priority. FITCO conducts two Annual Evaluations, i.e.
- The Clients' Assessment of their Trainer(s)
- The FITCO Staff Performance Evaluation System
The FITCO STAFF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
The trainer conducts a self-evaluation of his or her personal training performance and this is then correlated with the Director's assessment of the trainer.
The FITCO Trainer Performance Evaluation System covers the following criteria:
- Professional Conduct
- Physical performance as a trainer
- Teaching performance as a trainer
- Client management ability
- Client Training programme management ability
- Administration management ability
- Continuing Education
- Consistency in the financial contribution to the Business
- Staff relationships
- Brand loyalty
- Assistance in equipment and facility management
- Personal Growth and clarity regarding the future in the fitness industry
To ensure that the staff maintains a high standard of professional training, weekly staff meetings and workshops are held. The staff meetings cover the following areas:

- Client Performance Management
