Trainer Performance Proficiency

FITCO has placed Quality Trainer Performance as a number one priority. FITCO conducts two Annual Evaluations, i.e.

  1. The Clients' Assessment of their Trainer(s)
  2. The FITCO Staff Performance Evaluation System

The FITCO STAFF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

The trainer conducts a self-evaluation of his or her personal training performance and this is then correlated with the Director's assessment of the trainer.

The FITCO Trainer Performance Evaluation System covers the following criteria:

  1. Professional Conduct
  2. Physical performance as a trainer
  3. Teaching performance as a trainer
  4. Client management ability
  5. Client Training programme management ability
  6. Administration management ability
  7. Continuing Education
  8. Consistency in the financial contribution to the Business
  9. Staff relationships
  10. Brand loyalty
  11. Assistance in equipment and facility management
  12. Personal Growth and clarity regarding the future in the fitness industry

To ensure that the staff maintains a high standard of professional training, weekly staff meetings and workshops are held. The staff meetings cover the following areas:

  5. Continuing Skill Training Workshop
