This specialised service provides three systems which include:

 1. The Functional Movement Screen (Seven Tests) and a Corrective Exercise System (USA)

 2. The Biomechanics Method - Correctiive Exercise Specialisation (USA)

 3. 3DMaps (Applied Functional Science, Grey Institute, USA)

The purpose of the screen, corrective method and the three dimensional movement analysis, are to pinpoint, rate and rank weak links in the movement patterns and then to assign speciifc exercises to correct it. These weak links represent themselves in the form of imbalances and asymmetries and eventually leads to compensations, a decrease in performances and an increase in injuries.

BODY.SHIFT TRAINING 

 

Bodyshift a free form style of movement-concept and integrated aerobic dance, athletic drills, functional movement drills and free flowing dance orientated movements within a multi-dimensional and transformational movement discipline (“body coaching” process).

 

This movement concept is devided into THREE PHASES:

Phase 1 (Fundamental Movement Base) 

Phase 2 (Rhythmic Limber)

Phase 3 (Travelling Rhythmic Limber)

Formal and informal aerobic dance movements have been redesigned from a neuro-muscular integration perspective. Specific attention is placed on Technique, Form and Function, to elicit the derived anatomical and physiological stimuli for body composition modification (physical re-structuring) and enhanced overall awareness performance. Special educational guidance is provided with the Nutritional Shift Plan, supervised by a registered Dietician.
