Overview
The FITCO training foundation is based on cumulative academic and practical experiences of Chris van Loggerenberg at both national and international fitness
industry/sport levels. The training systems are determined by its defined structure, training framework, scientifically based anatomical / physiological outcomes.
All systems are frequently evaluated in terms of client needs and achievement of specific individual goals.
FITCO is a registered member with IDEA Health and Fitness Association, the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association of America and
