The Client-Exercise Adherence-consistency Strategy

All FITCO Trainers have been educated and trained according to stipulated standardised FITCO Training Systems/Methods. They have learned with experience to broaden their minds and perspective to eventually create their own unique styles.

The basic requirement for all professional fitness leadership is based on Safety, Training Efficiency and Enjoyment. All training systems/methods have originated from a sound and fundamentally educational and scientific basis.

To ensure effective programme adaptation and exercise adherence, your contingency plan will be covered on numerous ways:

  1. To ensure variety if required, the "Trainer-Share" system will be implemented. You will be allocated with two different trainers, either preferred or due to shortage of available training sessions with one specific trainer.
  2. If you require additional personal training sessions, you could pick up these sessions with another allocated trainer or trainer of your choice.
  3. In case of a trainer going on holiday or absent due to medical reasons, a stand-in trainer will be allocated or you will be invited to join our specialised small group training sessions.
  4. As a client once you reach your goals within your projected goal-setting, you will have the option to join a specialised small group training session or to transfer to another trainer who will embark with you on new fitness goal orientated journey.
  5. In the case of you going on vacation or long business trips, and your regular sessions are not available, you would commence with a stand-in trainer until your training slot with your trainer becomes available again

All of the above scenarios will consistently be supported by frequent individual monitoring of your training progress, i.e. Physical Spot checks, Supplemental Training Logging and Nutritional Report Journaling.
